This comprehensive 31-disc collection contains all eight Harry Potter movies on Blu-ray, DVD housed in a collectible book, with more than 37 hours of special features including the Creating the World of Harry Potter documentary series. This set appears to be a condensed version of the Wizards Collection (minus all the collectibles). The Harry Potter 'Hogwarts Collection' is to be released 25th February 2014 and is currently available for pre-order via the Amazon US website for $174.99 (on sale from $249.99).

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Ultimate Edition

The Ultimate Edition for the seventh and final movie. This edition comes with both parts of The Deathly Hallows movies. Like the other ultimate editions, this comes with a 48-page collectible photo book; and includes part seven and eight of the 'Creating the World of Harry Potter' documentaries titled 'Story' and 'Growing Up' respectively; and to complete the collection, four character cards (16 in total). Available on bluray and dvd combo pack.

Harry Potter Limited Edition Collector's Tin Boxset

This Harry Potter collector's tin was part of a limited edition run just after the fifth Harry Potter film was released. On the front it shows the Hogwarts school crest in amazing high quality gloss print.

Included inside are the first five movies: The Philosopher's Stone, the Chamber of Secrets, the Prisoner of Azkaban, the Goblet of Fire and the Order of the Phoenix, with room inside for the remaining movies. Though at the time it wasn't known Deathly Hallows would be a 2-part movie, the tin can comfortably hold the entire 8 DVD (or bluray) set.

The more information I read on this the more angry I become ... why on earth are WB mixing DVD with Blu-ray?! Each set should only contain DVD or Blu-ray discs ... mixing the content across two types of discs is RUBBISH - and not to mention no extended edition for this, pathetic.

Wizard's Collection: Confirmed

The Harry Potter Wizard's Collection is finally confirmed!

The set will include all 8 movies. While I am very dissapointed that there are no extended cuts for movies 3 - 8; there will still be plenty of goodies inside.

This new limited and numbered 31-disc collection contains all eight Harry Potter movies on blu-ray, DVD, and Ultra-Violet digital copy; and more than 37 hours of special features including all previously released materials and more than 10 hours of new to disc bonus content, and more than 4 hours of never-before-seen content. This collection is the largest collection ever released by Warner Bros. (even though milking us dry by the release) and contains 8 artistic and authentic film memorabilia that are essential for anyone who has ever dreamt of being accepted to Hogwarts.

Memorabilia includes a map of Hogwarts, concept art prints, catalogues of props and posters, all designed by the graphic designers from the films. More will be revealed in detail in time!

This boxset edition contain's all 8 Harry Potter movies and was only released in Australia (through JB Hi-Fi) for a limited time. This set was only released on bluray. Also comes with bonus features and a 48-page collectible photo book (not a hardback cover).

Harry Potter Wizard's Collection / Definitive Collection?

While this set still remains to be unconfirmed by WB; Amazon US have listed this item for $350 (rrp $500) ... with no release date confirmed as yet, however will be sometime in 2012.

The set is said to include all 8 movies, however only extended cuts for the first two. Also included are some movie memorabilia such as a map of Hogwarts and concept art. More details to be confirmed at a later date.
